Tony Oswald, UFF Director, is also one of the most widely published outdoor photographers in sportfishing. His career as a professional outdoor journalist has taken him all over the world. As a writer and photographer he has produced feature articles for many U.S. magazines and newspapers. He has worked as a columnist for Flyfishing Magazine and as staff photographer for Rocky Mountain Streamside magazine. As Director of UFF since its inception, he has taught both basic and advanced flyfishing to hundreds of anglers. He is an FFF Certified Flycasting Instructor with more than 20 years of teaching experience.

One-on-One Flycasting Instruction

Half day of instruction by reservation only. Perfecting the double haul and other advanced flycasting and flyfishing tactics applicable to any demanding fishing situation are covered.

Full day of private lessons $250.00 pp.

Even if you already consider yourself an accomplished flyfisher, you will learn many subtle techniques that will make your days afield more productive and enjoyable. Tony Oswald will give you all the tools you need to start enjoying flyfishing right away. Plenty of time is devoted to individual instruction during the streamside sessions along our mile-long stretch of the rugged canyon beauty of the North Fork of the South Platte River.
