April - October: Please land in Belize City no later than 3:00 pm if arriving on transfer days (Saturday or Wednesday). If you are already in the country, please meet our boat at the Princess Hotel and Casino's Marina at 2:30 pm.

We will leave the Princess Hotel and Casino’s Marina for return to the Island during daylight hours.

If you are late arriving, our representative will meet and advise you of alternate plans which may include the scheduling of a special charter boat to the island ($325 to $600 USD) or spending the night in the city and taking a special charter boat the following morning. You will be responsible for payment of the hotel and special charter boat. If you experience travel interruption, please call or fax the Island directly at 011-501-212011 from the US or from Belize dial 0212011.

Our representative will be awaiting your arrival at the Belize City airport. First, clear Immigration, then claim your luggage and clear Customs. Our representative will be directly outside the airport exit. After your luggage has been loaded, we will transfer you in air-conditioned comfort to the Princess Hotel and Casino's Marina for departure to the Island. Dress comfortably for the approximate 1 hour transfer by boat to the Island on Saturdays.

The transfer boat will depart the Island at 8:30 am, arriving Belize city approximately one hour later. Please schedule your departing flight to leave after 11:00 am. We will confirm your departing flight information for you. Transportation to the airport is provided if you are flying out on Saturday or Wednesday or to your hotel if you are staying in Belize City. We can make arrangements for you to visit either the Belize Zoo or Altun Ha Mayan Ruin before your flight out of the country. The afternoon before your departure, your charges will be calculated and ready for you to settle by Traveler's checks, cash or credit card. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Any purchases made on Tuesday or Friday nights after you have settled your account can be paid with cash that evening.
